Our Policies

Please note that when your appointment is booked, that is slot is allotted for you--and ONLY you. We do our best to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.

Please understand that our therapists only get paid when they deliver treatment. Consequently, missed appointments are costly and prevent other clients from enjoying that time slot. Because of this, a minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for any appointment cancellation. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked.

We understand being late is sometimes unavoidable and will do our best to accommodate the full service. The therapist at Natural Healing Health Centre  will treat you for the duration of the time remaining if you arrive late for your treatment. You will be responsible for the payment of the full service booked.

Our location is prone to noise from the on going Metrolinx project and the traffic it's causing, we are powerless to have any effect on that, however, while in our facility we ask that you make your devices quiet, and to be cognizant that there are others undergoing various relaxation sessions, we therefore ask that you use your softest indoor voices and do your part to keep our facility as quiet and relaxing as possible.
